About our Management Team

Steven L. Foster - With 4 years industry experience, Steven has extensive experience as a Criminal Court Researcher.

Steven is also a very talented Christian Artist and has produced 10 Piano CD's. Steven travels most weekends performing concerts all over the east coast of the United States. Steven is a graduate of Ozark Christian College and is an ordained Minister. Formerly Steven traveled with The Watchmen Quartet and was the Music Minister at Ben Davis Christian Church for 10 years.

Steven is the head of the Volunteer Screening Division of On Target Screening and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Ronald N. Bailey - Widely recognized for the last 16 years as a leading visionary and innovator within the tenant and resident screening industry, Ronald continues to play a pioneering role in establishing ever-evolving best practices in key screening processes in order to make them faster, easier and more cost-effective.

He was the founding partner with an Indianapolis based Tenant Screening Company and was the President of a national tenant screening franchise network until 2005. In this position Ronald developed several sophisticated background screening solutions.

Ronald is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA), Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), a Graphic Artist and Web Developer who has designed more that 50 websites.

Ronald is the Chief Technology Officer and heads the Pre-Employment and Resident / Tenant Screening Divisions of On Target Screening, Inc and is a member of the Board of Directors.
